Design Rates
Design time is charged at $10 per 15 minutes.
Charging in smaller time increments like this (as opposed to hourly) allows quick tasks or small changes to be completed without charging the customer for a full hour’s work.
When a large project begins, it will be broken down into steps, and estimates will be provided for reaching each of these steps. Warning will be given if for any reason time begins to be used at a rate that is unsustainable to reach the goal at hand in the allotted, quoted time. This way, surprises are avoided and honesty is maintained in project pricing.
